The couple, who married after a whirlwind courtship that took place on the dance floor of Seven’s DWTS in 2009, separated last week, with the dancer moving back in with her parents.

We believe there is no third party involved, as sources close to the couple say the 20-year age gap was simply too large to bridge.

Yesterday, Brand’s publicist, Jill Stewart, confirmed the couple were “spending time apart”.

“She’s back with the family and he’s back in Sydney,” she said.

The pair returned from the US only last week following two-time divorcee Brand’s support of chart-topper Taylor Swift’s American tour.

But it appears the arduous demands of touring proved too great.

The couple met on the set of DWTS when Brand, then 39, was paired with the vivacious 19-year-old.

They went on to win the competition.

Yesterday, a source said: “He is devastated. He still loves her and hopes they will reconcile.”

The split couldn’t come at a worse time for book publisher New Holland, with the couple’s cookbook, Love, Life and Cooking, released in time for Christmas.

In her first tour of Australian in almost 30 years, Parton will begin her visit in Perth on November 8 before heading to Adelaide, Sydney, the Hunter Valley, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The two-and-a-half hour show will feature new sets, costumes and music from her forthcoming album Better Day to be released later this year.

Steven P. Jobs passed away on October 5, 2011 after a long struggle with pancreatic cancer. He was just 56 years old. We mourn his passing, and wish his family the very best.

The report’s numbers indicate the issue is one of the poorest selling for the magazine in two decades and may be the worst selling since Will Smith was on the cover 12 years ago.

Dunn’s passenger — who police have not identified – was also killed.
